Terms of use

Use the stage responsibly.

Effective August 22, 2026. These plain-language terms require legal review before live commercial launch.

Permission to use the service

You may use Prismatic Arena for lawful personal and creative purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of any source platform. Do not interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, automate bulk media retrieval or use the bridge as a general-purpose downloader.

Your media and rights

You are responsible for every URL, audio file, video file and live source you choose. Submit or publicly present media only when you have the necessary rights or another valid legal basis. Prismatic Arena does not grant a license to third-party recordings, video, artwork or performances.

YouTube functionality

YouTube support is a self-hosted interoperability feature and may stop working when YouTube changes access controls, formats or policies. Availability is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for complying with YouTube’s terms and applicable copyright law.

Advertising

Custom-source playback may offer a clearly disclosed rewarded advertisement. The bundled demo and microphone path remain available without that reward. If an ad is unavailable or unsupported after you opt in, the selected media may play without an ad. Limited banner and interstitial placements may appear on content pages.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Audio analysis can be imperfect, browsers and devices vary, and external sources can fail. To the extent permitted by law, Prismatic Arena is not liable for lost data, unavailable media, source-platform actions or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as the project develops. Material changes will update the effective date. Stop using the service if you do not accept the revised terms.
